Shipping Locations

• At this time, we ship within the United States only.
• We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Options & Costs

• Flat Rate Shipping: $7 on all U.S. orders
• Free Shipping: Orders over $150 ship FREE

Order Processing & Shipping Time

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days.

• Orders typically ship within 24 hours
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day (usually Monday)
• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days
• Please note: Holiday seasons may cause delays of a few extra business days

In-Store Pickup

We offer FREE in-store pickup at our Tyler location!

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and photos (if applicable)
• Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for a damaged or incorrect item
• We will make it right as quickly as possible
